Are You a Problem?
Under Armour's Are You a Problem? campaign, developed in partnership with agency Uncommon and King's College London, gave fans the chance to discover which of UA's disruptive athletes they most resembled through a live psychological test.
Three versions of the interactive Problem Cards were developed to support the campaign, each taking a distinct visual approach while staying within Uncommon's minimal, uncompromising design language. The first used athlete photography enhanced with character-driven details to bring their on-pitch personas to life. The second introduced a gamified aesthetic, bolder, more digital, leaning into the language of sports gaming. The third was built to integrate live fan imagery captured during the event itself.
Together they formed a flexible suite of assets designed for both live event environments and social sharing, each one built around the campaign's core themes of disruption, personality and psychological intensity.
