The 2020/21 Ipswich Town kit launch coincided with the 40th anniversary of the club's 1980/81 UEFA Cup victory under Bobby Robson, one of the most celebrated achievements in the club's history. The brief was to create a series of six collectable postcards as part of the launch, each documenting one round of the original UEFA Cup campaign with a bespoke illustration on the front and full match stats on the reverse.

The postcards were offered as part of every pre-order purchase and subsequently made available in the club store. The launch drove record-breaking pre-order numbers, the most successful in the club's history.
