driving recruitment for one of the world’s most iconic sporting brands
I was given the task of creating a whole range of on-boarding projects for the NBA, arguably the biggest and most iconic sporting brand in the world.
One of which, was an app that I illustrated and designed. The app was for NBA staff and would be a guide to hiring new members, which included a step by step hiring process. I wanted to make the design simple and engaging whilst obviously sticking to the strict NBA guidelines.
The illustrations work hand in hand with the steps, by demonstrating each stage of hiring an employee as a stage in shooting a hoop. The NBA was so impressed with the style that they later went on to commission a whole range of posters for the head office of which I went on to create.
